John Kinzer- earned a BS degree in Geology and a minor in History from the College of William and Mary. With an MA in Christian School Administration from Grace College, he has taught and administered in Christian schools since 1981. He has held professional certification in history and science and as a school administrator. He enjoys teaching children and his four children have all been pupils in his classes. From 1991-1995 he was the directer of Hope Christian School Summer Day Camp. He is a frequent speaker on Education and America's Providential History topics to both adult and student groups and summer camps.
Marcie Kinzer- earned a BS degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary. Teaching in Christian schools since 1980, she has experience teaching first through eighth grade and high school. Homeschooling each of her own children from the first grade, she began RGES as a pilot program in 1994.
Claudia Adame- received her BA in education with a major in Spanish and a minor in English from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky. She has taught in Christian and public school in past years. She has homeschooled all four of her boys. Presently she is teaching 6-8th grades, and her husband and she are also ministering full time in Albuquerque with the Navigators in urban ministry.
Cindy Allen- Cindy Allen earned a BS in Education from the University of Oklahoma in 1982 and a MA in Education from the University of New Mexico in 1989. She taught in private and public school for many years before having a family. She and her husband Bruce have homeschooled their four children from kindergarten. Each of their children has been a student in RGES since third grade.
Jan Burton- attended the University of Illinois for two years and completed her BS in Food Science at CA Polytech State University. Raised by a Home Economics Teacher/Librarian, Jan has been managing a home since her marriage to Mark Burton in 1981. She has been studying and practicing home education with their three children since 1986. She is also a real estate agent with La Entrada Realty.
Mark Burton- started teaching for RGES in 1999 following retirement from the Air Force. His three children have all studied in RGES. He has a BS in Aero/Astro Engineering from the University of Illinois. He also has a MS degree is in Systems Engineering from Wright State University. He publishes Community Impact News (CINews) and completed the 12 week Developing Your Worldview online training course with Worldview Weekend Online Institute. He attended The Truth Project Conference at Focus on the Family and leads Bible study groups using The Truth Project video series. Mark has taught mid high, chemistry, physics, model rocketry, auto mechanics, electronics, and worldview classes for RGES. He has also maintained the RGES website, coordinated the RGES science fair, and organized the annual Christian Heritage Speech Competition. He is awaiting conference of a ThD.
Denise Cionelo- Denise Cionelo earned Bachelors and Masters degrees from The University of New Mexico in Elementary Education. She married Gerald after teaching in APS for three years. She has home schooled their five children for the past 12 years, supplementing their education at RGES. She now teaches NM history and continues to be involved in the RGES program in many ways.
Waid Griffin- received his BA in Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from Texas Tech University. He also earned a Masters in Music Theory and Composition. Waid is a professional oil artist with paintings in several major art collections. He resides in Rio Rancho and has taught art classes with RGES since 2000.
Ruthanne Hamrick- received a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary. She has been home educating her children, following a classical approach, for the past 13 years and has been involved in teaching various courses through a home-school co-op. She is the pianist for Forest Meadow Baptist Church, where she co-teaches a Ladies' Bible study. She also is a piano instructor and a professional artist.
Curtis Hoier- is a graduate of NM Tech in Socorro with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a leader in worship in his local church, and is frequently involved in teaching methods of engaging people in evangelism.He is the RGES Science Fair Coordinator for the High School.
Marianne Hughes- directs the filming of various classes and the RGES Distance Learning Program. She has homeschooled all her children, and all have also attended RGES.
Laurie Laughlin- began college at Baylor University, then transfered to University of Texas at El Paso, graduation with honors with a Bachelor's of Business Administration. Moved to Philadelphia, worked for an accounting form for 2 and a half years. Passe the CPA exam. Quit work to joyfully stay at home when her first was born. Eight years in Philadelphia and three sons later, Laurie relocated to Albuquerque where her forth son was born and she began homeschooling. Laurie has been homeschooling her sons since 1994.
Jeanne Mouchet- earned a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance from UNM in 1983. She has performed many roles in Opera and Musicals. Jeanne has taught voice privately for many years. She has served as choir director at First Baptist Church in Santa Fe, and at Capital Christian School in Santa Fe. The Mouchet family now lives in Albuquerque. Their three children have all attended RGES.
Megan Othling- graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Creative Writing. She has taught ballet for four years, and taught third grade at Oak Grove Classical Academy, as well as interning with Marcie Kinzer during the 2008/2009 school year. She currently teaches the ninth grade section of Literature and the Elements of Creative Writing elective.
Linda Radigan- earned her BA in Spanish from UNM and an MLS in Library Science from the University of MO. After 16 years of homeschooling and tutoring, she is now teaching Spanish for RGES.
Penny Raia- received a BS in Elementary Education with an area of concentration in social studies from the University of Albuquerque. She has taught grades 4-9 in Christian schools in four states. She and her husband run a home based camper rental business, Pioneeer Trailer Rental, and homeschool their children.
