Rio Grande Enrichment Studies offers a Traditional, Tutorial, Christian education for grades 3-12. Our emphasis is learning to reason and reflect from a Biblical perspective and from the foundational Biblical principles of each subject.
RGES is a homeschool tutorial service designed to serve homeschool families in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas with one day per week classes in a variety of subjects.

Registration continues for our 2015-2016 classes. While it is difficult for a student to enter our classes later in the fall, we do accept many students in the fall even as late as December. Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis. Please download the registration form, complete the needed information, and mail it to :

November 23-27 Thanksgiving Holidays - no classes
December 1st - 7 pm. RGES Choir Christmas Concert
Please join us at Sandia Baptist Church (Constitution & Moon NE) to hear the choir perform joyous Christmas music to celebrate this season of the birth of our Savior - Jesus! There is plenty of room, so bring the entire family and invite your friends to attend. Admission is free.
RGES Pilgrim Day Potluck Dinner & Program - December 5th, 6:30-8:45 pm.
Join us at Faith Bible Church (Central & Moon SE) for our annual potluck and hear the winning speeches from RGES students at the Christian Heritage Speech Contest. We will hear the RGES Choir, our Elementary students will give a recitation, and we will hear about how the Pilgrims became the "Seed of a Nation". Please join us and bring a main dish plus a side, salad, or dessert. RGES will provide all plates and tableware, and drinks.
RGES Dad's Breakfast, December 5th, 8:00 am at Hoffmantown in Building D.
Please attend and bring a friend to this free breakfast for Dads of RGES students. We study and pray together about being better men for Christ, husbands to our wives, and fathers to our children. Please contact Gerald at 977-0583 to reserve your breakfast!
You are invited to the Hoffmantown Creation Seminar January 22-23, 2016. This free seminar features two nationally known speakers, Mike Riddle and Mike Oard. The 2015 NM State Science Fair: Congratulations to: Sophia Lasche, Sarah Peterson, and Alan Van Omen for the honor to be chosen to this fair. They were selected as the first place winners in the respective fields of Senior Division Plant Sciences Category and Senior Division Engineering Category. Sophia, Sarah and Alan competed at the Fair at NM Tech.
2016 RGES Play - Robin Hood. Congratulations to the Actors of The RGES Theater troupe for their excellent production of A Comedy of Errors. Auditions are now taking place for Robin Hood. Please pray for our actors and the Director, Mrs. Diana Turner, as they prepare for the April production. The performances are April 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, 2016!
The CAPE-NM Convention is April 14-16, 2016. Please join us and other homeschooling advocates and ministries at the CAPE Convention at Legacy Church in Albuquerque. We are blessed to be a part of and involved with such a fine organization for many years.
